Raichu drawn for a friend..

I had a HUGE reference for this...I cannot remember the artists name, but give them credit
My friend really wanted me to draw him Raichu, so, I decided to just because I really like testing my skills and raising the bar :3
I  showed him once it was done and apparently, he REALLY likes her.....I feel good
